Met meer dan 15 jaar ervaring in de technische industrie, waaronder functies bij Microsoft en LinkedIn, begrijpt Natasha de eisen en druk van omgevingen met hoge prestaties. Haar reis naar welzijn op de werkplek begon met een persoonlijke crisis die haar kijk op leven en werk veranderde.  <\/p><p>Deze uitdagende periode dwong haar naar binnen te kijken en prioriteit te geven aan zelfzorg en welzijn.
