We beginnen met grondingsoefeningen om onze geest zachtjes tot rust te brengen en afleidingen van buitenaf los te laten. Je maakt op een eenvoudige, laagdrempelige manier kennis met de basisprincipes van meditatie, zodat je je op je gemak voelt terwijl we samen de stilte verkennen.
