Voorwaarden van Opdrachtgever of andere derden zijn uitdrukkelijk uitgesloten. \n\n    <h2>Artikel 3 &#8211; Prijzen<\/h2>\n  Stress to Strength hanteert prijzen in euro&#8217;s, inclusief btw en exclusief eventuele bijkomende kosten, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen. Prijzen kunnen te allen tijde worden gewijzigd. Afwijkingen van de standaardprijs tot 10% zijn toegestaan, bij grotere afwijkingen wordt de Opdrachtgever hiervan op de hoogte gesteld. De Klant kan afzien van het deel boven +10%. Jaarlijkse prijsaanpassingen worden vooraf gecommuniceerd. Consumenten kunnen opzeggen als ze ontevreden zijn over de prijsverhogingen.     \n\n    <h2>Artikel 4 &#8211; Betalingen en betalingsvoorwaarden<\/h2>\n  Stress to Strength kan bij het aangaan van de overeenkomst een aanbetaling van maximaal 50% vragen. Betaling na levering dient te geschieden binnen 10 dagen. Betalingstermijnen zijn definitief. Stress to Strength kan onmiddellijke betaling of zekerheidstelling verlangen.   \n\n    <h2>Artikel 5 &#8211; Gevolgen van te late betaling<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Wettelijke rente is verschuldigd vanaf de dag dat de Klant in verzuim is.<\/li>\n        <li>Buitengerechtelijke incassokosten en schadevergoeding zijn verschuldigd.<\/li>\n        <li>Stress to Strength kan verplichtingen opschorten in geval van betalingsachterstand.<\/li>\n        <li>Vorderingen worden onmiddellijk opeisbaar in geval van liquidatie, faillissement, enz.<\/li>\n        <li>In geval van weigering tot medewerking blijft de Klant verplicht tot betaling.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>Artikel 6 &#8211; Herroepingsrecht<\/h2>\n  Een consument mag een online aankoop binnen 14 dagen zonder opgaaf van reden annuleren, met uitzondering van uitzonderingen zoals accommodatie, reizen, noodreparaties, enz. De bedenktijd gaat in op het moment dat de overeenkomst is gesloten of op het moment dat de levering van digitale inhoud is bevestigd. Annulering moet gebeuren via e-mail of het formulier op de website.  \n\n    <h2>Artikel 7 &#8211; Recht van opschorting<\/h2>\n  De Klant (die geen consument is) doet afstand van het recht om verplichtingen op te schorten.\n\n    <h2>Artikel 8 &#8211; Verrekening<\/h2>\n  De Klant (die geen consument is) doet afstand van het recht op verrekening.\n\n    <h2>Artikel 9 &#8211; Verzekering<\/h2>\n  De Klant moet de geleverde artikelen in zijn bezit verzekeren tegen schade, brand en diefstal. Op verzoek moet de verzekeringspolis worden getoond. \n\n    <h2>Artikel 10 &#8211; Garantie<\/h2>\n  Voor diensten geldt een inspanningsverplichting, geen resultaatverplichting.\n\n    <h2>Artikel 11 &#8211; Uitvoering van de Overeenkomst<\/h2>\n  Stress to Strength zal het werk naar beste kunnen uitvoeren en kan daarbij anderen betrekken. Uitvoering vindt plaats na goedkeuring en eventuele aanbetaling. De Opdrachtgever dient tijdig zorg te dragen voor de uitvoerbaarheid van de werkzaamheden, anders zijn extra kosten voor rekening van de Opdrachtgever.  \n\n    <h2>Artikel 12 &#8211; Informatieverstrekking door de Klant<\/h2>\n  De Klant moet tijdig nauwkeurige informatie verstrekken. In geval van nalatigheid en daaruit voortvloeiende vertragingen zijn de extra kosten voor rekening van de Klant. \n\n    <h2>Artikel 13 &#8211; Duur van de Serviceovereenkomst<\/h2>\n  De overeenkomst duurt 4 maanden tenzij anders overeengekomen. Daarna wordt de overeenkomst automatisch verlengd voor onbepaalde tijd, met een opzegtermijn van 2 maanden (1 maand voor consumenten). \n\n    <h2>Artikel 14 &#8211; Be\u00ebindiging van de dienstverleningsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd<\/h2>\n  De Klant kan pas na 1 jaar opzeggen, met een opzegtermijn van 2 maanden (1 maand voor consumenten). Kortere overeenkomsten kunnen niet tussentijds worden opgezegd. \n\n    <h2>Artikel 15 &#8211; Intellectueel eigendom<\/h2>\n  Stress to Strength behoudt het intellectuele eigendom van alle materialen en ontwerpen. Gebruik of verspreiding zonder schriftelijke toestemming is verboden. \n\n    <h2>Artikel 16 &#8211; Vertrouwelijkheid<\/h2>\n  De Klant moet alle vertrouwelijke informatie geheimhouden. Deze plicht blijft ook na afloop van de overeenkomst van kracht (maximaal 3 jaar). Uitzonderingen gelden voor openbare of wettelijk verplichte openbaarmaking.  \n\n    <h2>Artikel 17 &#8211; Strafbepaling<\/h2>\n  Als de Klant de voorwaarden met betrekking tot vertrouwelijkheid of intellectueel eigendom schendt, moet hij een boete betalen aan Stress to Strength.
