What To Expect

Meditation changed my life, that’s why I decided to pay it forward and bring it to others. This 2-hour class will begin with a warm welcome, creating a relaxed and supportive space. We’ll ease into grounding exercises to gently settle our minds and let go of any outside distractions. You’ll be introduced to the basics of meditation in a simple, approachable way, helping you feel at ease as we explore stillness together. I am keeping the group small to ensure we can fully immerse ourselves ni the experience of the moment.
